Frank Smith  has nearly 50 years experience in the construction industry at all levels, as a manager and quantity surveyor.

He is a registered assessor for dwellings with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (www.SEAI.ie) and is available to carry out BER assessments on all types of residential buildings.
